Timezone Coolangatta's team was thrilled to be participating into the street parade for the second time.
Powie, Timezone's bowling pin mascot and our bathtubs pulled all the stops amongst the exuberant crowd. The children rejoiced at the sight of the duo and loved getting Timezone flags from the Timezone team along the street. The younglings expressed their gratitude with free hugs and high fives.
The colour, excitement, music and fun stretched along the beachfront for 2km with tens of thousands of onlookers lining the streets to watch the parade of floats, vintage cars, surf wagons, bikes, vans and more.
'Cooly Rocks On' Pinball Challenge debuted on the 11th of June from 9. The competitors worked their magic on cult pinball machines like Kiss, Aerosmith, Mustang and Whoa Nellie.
