Timezone Coolangatta threw a party on October 31st for the spooktacular event for the 2nd year. We were looking forward to welcoming our little ghosts, goblins, princesses, superheroes and trick or treaters of all shapes and sizes.

The customers got dressed up in their favourite costumes and came along with friends and family for up to 4 hours of fun. The 4 hour package was available at $25 per person for purchase online and instore a few weeks prior and had a mystery showbag included.

For pre-purchased tickets this year, we used an online app platform, Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.com.au) that looked very professional and gave more weight to the event itself. It was directly linked from Timezone Coolangatta website and Facebook page for customers to pre-purchase. The use of a live cover photo with a book now link, proved to be very successful. The graphics used on the website were enticing and attractive to the viewers.

Timezone Coolangatta turned into a horror set on the day. Along with the 130 pre purchased tickets through Eventbrite and another 169 tickets sold in store.

All the staff took it onto themselves by dressing up to help make the day become a unique event.

There was even a coffin built especially for the occasion to be used as a prop for selfies mainly to be uploaded on social media.

The party atmosphere was made even better with customers able to indulge in food like popcorn, candy floss, ice creams, finger food and pancakes.
The trick or treaters were able to fish for a prize through a gooey and repulsive mixture from a cauldron.
There were exciting prizes to be won for the best dressed.

Guests took advantage of the Halloween special event pricing offer, which saw the family entertainment centre filled to capacity.
Special thanks to Connecting Southern Gold Coast, The Strand in Coolangatta, BCC Cinemas, Pancake Diners, Thanh Binh Bamboo and Nic Nax on their support to make this a successful event.
